Great personal, good food, location close to the City centre, room big and clean, parking place with video monitoring.

Arrived late at 12:20am without contacting the hotel prior to confirm late check in time, turned out to our horror that there was only a computer reception machine - however we rang the emergency number listed and a member of staff came out to give us our room cards! Overall good customer service, very clean rooms and slightly exceeding expectations considering how low the cost.
