Hotel Lido La Perla Nera

Nice clean and quiet hotel. Located very close to the lakes edge. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good in the morning with plenty of choice. There is also an indoor pool. The absolute godsend in the hot/sticky weather was the use of the outdoor pool at the sister hotel. The hotel is about a 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Stresa. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a lovely walk along the lakes edge into Stresa.

Great location on lake. Good breakfast. On site parking. Reception very helpful during check in.

The staff was remarkable. We left some clothes behind in the hotel when we left and received an email informing us of this about 2 hours after leaving. By that time we were in Stresa and could not return to pick up the clothes until 2 days later.

Staff were very nice. Breakfast waiter was a total gentleman and could not have provided better service. Hotel well located at one end of the promenade if you enjoy walking the 20 mins to main part of town - it is very picturesque. Also 2 mins from ferry stop to the 3 islands.
