Breakfast was very good, staff were excellent.
The hotel is tired in places but seems to be on the up.
We have stayed there many times because of the location and pool.
Carpets in some of the rooms need a deep clean. We plan to stay again in a few weeks time.

Staff and food very good and great views of the grounds from the breakfast room, but the building would benefit from an upgrade and some maintenance.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The double glazed window didn't open and had 'blown' so full of condensation. The dining area and bar were in good order, some parts of the hotel looked in need of renovations/decorating. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I felt the immediate surrounding gardens would benefit from a big tidy up.

Quiet room, staff welcoming. Leisure facilities good and nice that they’re included.
