The people were great and the location even better. We loved our room, but as we often expect in Italy, you can hear the door and people walking upstairs, but this is to be expected. So it didn’t really bother us. The breakfast was OK challenging for me with lactose free, but there was enough. The room itself was large and everything was spotless. We would stay there again.

Good location to enjoy everything Lucca has to offer and only a 15 minute walk from the station. Lovely clean room with comfy bed and plenty of space. Unfortunately had to leave early so didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast
