Sun Tower Hotel & Suites on the Beach

We have spent our anniversary at Suntower for the past 3 years and love it. Our suite this time could use a bit of renovation TLC, but was clean and quiet. Great view of the ocean. Check in staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking is conveniently available but is costly. You can find metered street parking nearby. Hotel’s Sandbar Restaurant is right on the beach and offers a varied menu. Food is good and reasonably priced. Service is excellent! We’ll be back next year!

Restaurant onsite has amazing food! Try the shrimp tacos yummy. Front desk staff very nice. Our room could have been cleaned more than once but they only did that once on our four day stay. I would recommend this spot to anyone. I would also come back to stay again.

The view was amazing. Right out the doir was the ocean. Breakfast downstairs in the hotel with view of the ocean. Prices at the restaurant was within normal range not exaggerating because of the connivence, and tasted excellent. We had dinner there n the last evening and tasted great and bill was reasonable. Staff was friendly, room were cleaned on time and well and surroundings was well maintained. The last week before the end of vacation the sea became rough because it was the start of the hurricane season I was told. All in all great location overlooking the beach.

The room was clean and beautiful! It is the star of the show! It was pretty quiet, just one guy who kept flying a drone above us. The staff were friendly enough. Nothing that goes above but not rude. It is also 50usd a night to park here. The beach is right there!! Also it is well kept and clean. The restaurant and bar shine more for breakfast than other times. The omelette was great and the potato’s were awesome. We also had happy hour there and the conch fritters were rubber balls, the shrimp tacos were fine not much flavor. Drinks were okay. The waitress was friendly and kind. This place also is not located near enough for walking even to a coffee shop so that they offer Nespresso was nice but you have to bug them for the pods because the gave 3 and only a few creamers. Having a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator is nice along with plates, cutlery, and glasses. Very nice. The pool is very central. It’s on the biggest walking path from check in to the rooms and that might be a pro or con how you would look at it. The beach thou is were its at!! Great space next the restaurant and you can just sit and it was so peaceful. More shade offered would be nice but you went to the beach it looked like a guy would set you up with an umbrella and loungers. All in all I liked it for how I vacation and would come back.
