Candlewood Suites Olympia/Lacey by IHG

We had a room for 8 days here. The hotel smelled like cleaning supplies. Our room had an overwhelming smell of either tiki masala or some sort of curry, bed was uncomfortable. Besides all of that. The staff was great.

Staff was super nice & always willing to help.

I loved my entire stay. It was great.

We had another really good stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly in a genuine way and always seemed happy to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and exactly what I needed after long days out. The place has a lot of little extras that make things easier, which I appreciated more than I expected. Parking felt safe and well lit, so I never worried about leaving my car overnight. The gym has solid equipment and allowed me to get a decent workout. The laundry setup was nice too—clean machines, easy to use, and perfect for longer stays. The location is less than 2 minutes from I-5 and a few blocks from major retail/ Overall, it’s a straightforward, dependable hotel with good people and useful amenities. We will stay again without hesitation because everything just worked the way it should.
