Heritage Park Pontypridd, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We attended for a wedding, the venue and all the staff were amazing. Our room was missing a put up bed which was organised straight away and many apologies were revieved. The room was spotless although as the bathroom window was open while we partied away, a team of bugs decided to enter and party in our bath tub! Not the hotel's fault but did need to keep the door closed to make sure the party didnt expand to the bedroom and did make us feel a bit yucky by morning. The joys of having nature at your doorstep I guess. None the less a great stay and would stay again

We liked a lot the fact that the room could be warmed up rapidly, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and that breakfast was nice. Our bathroom was in a rather poor state though, with mold on the wall and floor tiles next to the bathtub, around the shower screen (which had no silicone to keep the water in), but also inside the shower head and tube. The room smelled of damp and the overall impression was of a worn-out property.

Nice breakfast and environment!

Nice room. Nice dinner menu. Great pint of Guinness (about £7.25 at though 😭). Breakfast was excellent.
