Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown

Great location

I loved the accessibility!!

Staff and room was excellent. The air in the hallway must have been out because it was hot when walking out of room or the elevator. Valet staff was great, but we didnt know what to do when there was no one at the valet stand so instructions for that would be helpful. I was charged a 250.00 smoking fee and I don't smoke. Called 4 times and left messages for manager to call me and never did, but got the charge taken off credit card. I would have like to have spoken to the manager and asked why the housekeeper said I smoked in room.

Second time staying here and will absolutely do so again! Easy walking distance to Broadway and Nissan Stadium and right around corner from other popular venues. Front desk was super friendly and helpful from check in right through check out. My daughter left something at check out, it was retrieved and being held for us to get it shipped home. Highly recommend staying here!
