Good

Room was very clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel is an excellent location if you are willing to walk 15 to 20 minutes to reach the inner city tourist area. I liked that the Rewe super market was just a 10 minute walk. Neighborhood is safe and just about 20 minute walk to the haupbahnhof. Only downside is my room was facing Herzogsstrasse and it's very noisy at night especially if you wish to leave a window open for fresh air. Overall good experience for inexpensive, affordable basic accomodations and amenities

We stayed here for the Interpack exhibition, the hotel was relatively clean, but the pillows could really do with replacing being stained yellow. The rooms though small were properly equipped, coffee and tea making facilities would of been nice though. Breakfast, although nice seemed a little over priced for the selection available. Staff were lovely and were happy to help with any issues we had. The free travel passes were also a really good touch. The biggest issue I faced was the location of my room, it was located directly next to the lift. This meant I was woken up multiple times throughout the night, every time someone used the lift. Overall, it was a place to stay after our first hotel cancelled at check in. Would stay again, just avoid room 414 if you're a light sleeper.
