El Dorado Maroma, All & More Inclusive - Adults Only

My wife and I have not been able to do a getaway for some time. So, we decided to take a trip to Cancun to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. I spent some time researching destinations and finally settled on this resort. I was specifically looking for one with a nice beach, as this is a highlight for her. Having never been to this resort or even Mexico, we did not know what to expect. We were impressed with the facility and rooms. Every staff member that we encountered was so kind and extremely polite. They went out of their way to ask what we needed and help with anything at a moment's notice. The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained daily. This is an all-inclusive resort. We were especially impressed and thankful to our concierge, Dennis. At every turn, he was checking on us, asking what we needed. One example, my wife asked him where she could get some authentic Mexican tamales. They did not have these on the menu at the resort. The next day, he came to our room and brought us some homemade chicken tamales, custom-made at his request by a friend he said was excellent at it. They were fantastic. He brought us plates, forks, and habanero sauce as well. My wife was so happy and impressed. This was something he did not have to do. The food in the resort was good, and they offered a variety, including Mexican, Caribbean, Italian, Asian, and more. Multiple activities were happening around the facility for guests. We also went to the spa, it was awesome!

Everything was clean, friendly employees, super relaxing and awesome food!

loved it! such a calm place nothing crazy if your looking for a party this isn’t the place for you but calm relaxing day is beautiful the food was amazing the people were amazing beach volleyball was so fun everyday the drinks were coming and the laughs were had can’t wait to return
