Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel Conference Center

This is our second time staying at this property. It’s one of our favorites. They have a great welcoming event every evening and the rooms are very nice. Breakfast is great every morning and our daughter couldn’t wait to go down each day.

Clean room, friendly staff , great amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The lobby, guest rooms, and dining areas were spotless, and the staff was consistently friendly, kind, and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and felt fresh throughout our stay. The complimentary happy hour and breakfast were wonderful perks that made our experience even more enjoyable. Having a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby was the perfect finishing touch—it truly felt like everything we needed was right there. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

9/26/2026 - The hotel stay overall was great! The young blonde hair girl with glasses was very nice and accommodating. We need more people like her in this world. 9/27/2026 - Bar - The only thing that was a minus is some of the bar staff were very rude. One lady with mid length black hair was very rude and and made it seem like we were a bother to her. The other blonde hair girl was kind of nice but a little sarcastic. The food was good up until a roach came crawling across the table. I got the bartenders attention and she just smashed it with a napkin. I regret eating there after that. The beer was warm, not cold at all. Room - the room was clean, roomy and the beds were comfy.
