Settle into a charming 1920s bungalow and former artist’s studio in the heart of Plaza Midwood — one of Charlotte’s most walkable historic neighborhoods, less than 3 miles from Uptown Charlotte.

Walk to restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, boutiques, and nightlife, then unwind in the private courtyard with a firepit or relax on the front porch swings.

Filled with original art, plants, and historic character, Bungalow 1325 blends Southern charm with a creative spirit while offering modern comforts like memory foam beds, a 70” smart TV, private parking, and a full kitchen.

Plaza Midwood is one of Charlotte’s most vibrant historic neighborhoods, known for its walkability, local restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, boutiques, nightlife, and creative energy. Favorites nearby include Supperland, Milkbread, Undercurrent Coffee, Workman’s Friend, Yafo, Common Market, and more — all within walking distance of the bungalow.

The bungalow includes private off-street parking for 2 cars, which is increasingly rare this close to Uptown Charlotte. Street parking is also available.

Bungalow 1325 remains true to its 1920s roots, with original details, plaster walls, quirky doors, and the charm that comes with a century-old home. Guests looking for a polished new-build may prefer a more modern stay, but those who appreciate warmth, personality, walkability, and historic homes tend to love it here.

While the bungalow can accommodate up to 4 overnight guests with approval, the petite 928 sq. ft. layout and single bathroom tend to be most comfortable for couples, solo travelers, girls’ weekends, or groups of 3 or fewer.
