Everything was wonderful , only thing I didn’t like was that the door in the rear had a carpet mat keeping the door from closing , this was Sunday evening . Monday morning when it was time for me to leave the mat was still there keeping the door from closing and locking. I informed the staff when I first seen it but it wasn’t removed so the door could close n lock !!👎👎 safety first !!

Our visit to Holiday Inn ,Airport, Louisville was wonderful! The staff was welcoming and helpful at all times. The facility was clean, modern, and well maintained. During our visit we encountered an unexpected sickness with our 7 year old granddaughter in the middle of the night, and John at the front desk was especially compassionate and kind as he went out of his way to try and help us access something to help her. We would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone! Wonderful experience!
