This place is excellent! It is so convenient to go to the historic center, the beach, and nearby restaurants. The condition of the place is very good although they had construction materials in the gym. The amenities were good. You get shampoo/body soap, lotion, slippers, vanity set, towels, and water! A robe would have been nice. The staff were excellent, big shout out to Lorenzo, Martina, Violeta, and Charlotta for making our stay more comfortable. The beach view cannot be beat and the gym facility is great although water and towels would have been appreciated. Thank you Crystallo team!

Beautiful location, steps away from the sandy beach, close to town centre and all the attractions. Delicious breakfast. Very clean rooms, friendly staff.
Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed during our stay and it was one of the reasons I booked the hotel and when booking I contacted the hotel to check if the swimming pool is open and they said yes it will be open during our stay. But it was closed. Very disappointing for the children.
