Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport West/Camp Creek Pkwy

Close enough to the airport for my needs and a perfect place for a stay - in all ways!

The overall stay was great. I must say I am not a fan of the $10.00 a night for parking, but overall, it was still a great stay.

The staff was amazing especially Cree and Grace. They always greeted us with warm welcomes and smiles. There was a mix up with my room, but Cree fixed it for me. I was so elated about that. Breakfast was okay, but I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for parking and the pool was closed.

We booked this stay to be close to a soccer field and I am so glad we did. There was an issue with Hotels.com virtual credit card and the AGM Rici went above and beyond to fix the issue. She was incredibly patient and worked with me to make sure the start of our trip went smoothly. All of the staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful and never hesitated to help. The facility is really nice and clean. The breakfast was great. The room was perfect. Clean and comfortable. The bathroom felt big and open with a ton of counter space. Parking was incredibly easy - you do have to scan a QR code to pay for parking but it was super simple. I would definitely book this hotel again - just not through hotels.com - their customer service is awful. But this hotel deserves 10 stars!
