Very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and good food options. We loved opening the large windows to hear the “clop-clop-clopping” sounds from the hooves of the carriage horses. Will stay here again.

Great place, very convenient to public transportation. Check in a little complicated. The before arrival communication was never communicated which made the check in a little frustrating.

This was our third time booking at the Steigenberger Hotel in downtown Vienna and I can’t wait for the next trip. Everyone at the hotel was polite and helpful. The room had lots of space and comfortable pillows. And the location was perfect for walking to dinners and sightseeing. Thank you for everything!

Very well located hotel with a comfortable room and a helpful staff (all of whom speak English -- as does most everyone in Vienna).
