The staff was very friendly especially Rowena. She was very helpful and so nice to talk to. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It's a great location if you only have a few days to spend in Rome.

Our stay here was great. The staff who checked us in was very helpful with recommendations on where to go and how to get there. The location was good too and walkable to most things.
