CasaSur Recoleta

Dear Casa Sur Recoleta Team, Before our departure, we want to express our most sincere gratitude for the excellent service during our stay. We would like to make a very special mention of Agustín, Eduardo, and Daniela at the Front Desk. From the first moment, they welcomed us with exceptional kindness, professionalism, and readiness to help, addressing each of our requests with a smile. Our deepest thanks also go to the entire staff: from the housekeeping, whose impeccable work made us feel right at home, to the floor and service staff, who demonstrated flawless warmth at all times. Great infrastructure makes a good hotel, but the human quality of its people makes a stay truly unforgettable. Thanks to all of you, our time here has been perfect. We wish you the greatest success and hope to visit you again soon. Sincerely,

Spacious, upscale room in good part of town for walking to sites and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff, and they offered and made us a to-go breakfast to take to our early morning flight upon departure. Only issue was the room had some dead gnats in the bathroom and room.

Hotel was very clean, staff were terrific, breakfast was good

We had an excellent one night stay during a layover. The staff were all amazing and so helpful. We arranged for a couples massage in the spa, and enjoyed every minute and wished it would never end. We would stay here again for sure.
