Great location and very handy psrking.

Clean, lack of amenities in the room (could be coincidence and not consistent so take that with a pinch of salt). Location is good, staff helpful. Definitely good value for Birmingham.

I loved it here, I will definitely stay again, the staff couldn't do enough for me and really my made my stay comfortable. Can't praise them enough. Thank you

I spent one night here and it was lovely. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the property was clean, including my room. I parked at the millennium point instead of the hotel as it was much better value for money and it is only a short walk.
