We stayed in the hotel for 10 days from late April into early May. While the weather was particularly hot for Querétaro, our room was like a sanctuary with outstanding air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The staff in hotel were wonderful and helped with everything we needed. The hotel also included a wonderful terrace on the roof with a good restaurant and breakfast included.
Possibly the best feature of the hotel is the location, which allows for quick walks to the Plaza de Armas and Jardín Zenea. The center of Querétaro is delightful.
It was a great stay overall.

THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY WAS/IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. SHE IS THE REASON WE STAYED SO LONG AND WILL COMEBACK.
THE ROOMS COULD USE "HOOKS", PLACES TO HANG THINGS LIKE ROBES, SHIRTS, ETC. TRY BEHIND THE BATHROOM DOORS
