The best stay ever staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.
I had a few issues with one of my bookings, Casey on of the managers at the Leonardo London Watford corrected everything straight away.
As a person who stays in hotels all over the world I’ve experienced many different ways with problem solving.
Casey’s customer service was outstanding! So professional and nothing was too much. I’d highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return.

I was only there for one night but was a great stay and the staff that was around where very helpful and happy to always help at any moment
