Residhome Le Carre d'Or Prevessin

Room was very clean, had ground floor appartement so opened up onto the communal gardens. Key was in key safe with details already provided by email as reception was closed on arrival. Finding the hotel was the hardest part, there's no signs for it from the main road.

The location was lovely with a large park with walking paths just a block away. Our trips downtown took about 35 minutes and only 15 minutes to CERN. Breakfast was okay, but very crowded (a popular place). The room was comfortable. Only real issue is there are no restaurants within walking distance for dinner. We wish we had known ahead of time, so we could have grabbed some food at the airport. The shuttle service was wonderful, and we hired the same company for all our rides. The staff at the Inn were friendly and helpful: we didn’t know how to work the heater, so they came to the room and showed us.

Nice and clean

It was clean and economical however password for key did not arrive on my email I attempted to call as directed and no one answered for over an hour . Check in was not made easy
