Hotel Merano is a lovely family-run hotel that exceeded our expectations. The entire place gave us a very peaceful vibe and the staff was very courteous, friendly and thoughtful from beginning to end. We were a bit worried that we would feel out of place with a toddler (since the hotel tends to be quiet) but we didn’t feel that way at all. Our stay included a delicious buffet breakfast by the garden/pool. The room was immaculate, perfectly designed, and had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. We sent our clothes to their private laundry facility and they got the task done quickly and for a very reasonable (low) cost. The pool was very clean as well. Merano is a beautiful place to visit and I would go back to Hotel Pollinger in a heartbeat!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was good. Parking was easy. Although it was close to the city centre it was very quiet. The indoor pool was lovely and warm. All round a lovely place to stay in Merano.
