The central location and lovely welcoming staff

Just tiny things like the lack of towel hanging places in the bathroom and the very uncomfortable chairs on the balcony

The staff kindness, availability and willingnes to help during our whole stay. They offered tangible solutions to our our requests and made things absolutely easy in every aspect.

The first day there was a noise comming from the room fridge which made our night less pleasant. And, our room was in floor 1 right next to a street from which during the night we heard a couple of people shouting (not under the hotel responsibility). Anyway, the hotel personell helped us to switch rooms the next day

Well located with proximity to the city centre, the scooter rental company and the taxi stop. Swimming pool in the top floor also helpful.

The price was relatively higher than expected. Breakfast is average.

The location is fab as you are in the middle of everything on the Main Street. You see about 5 minutes or less walk to the beach and the promenade. The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff are lovely. The rooftop pool area is so relaxing. Breakfast was really good and the coffee is gorgeous too!

The drains made a noise if you flushed the toilet or ran the tap. We were on the first floor 107 and you could hear the bar below putting away the chairs and tables when it closed. Dragging of chairs when you are trying to sleep isn’t great and also in the morning for breakfast you can once again hear the chairs and tables being put back out. Be prepared for the noise in the evening from the Main Street until all the restaurants and bars close nearby.
