The property and spa were amazing. The views from the property were gorgeous. Train station was walkable and a short ride to Venice. The town was well kept with tons of shopping and eatery options. I would say this is a slept on destination and more people should visit!

The FREE spa service- is not a free spa service it’s the use of the pools. The spa staff is rude and do not speak English very well so they said yeah to the service but at check out the fought with us over the massage not being included. Other than that… the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nice and the pool / sauna area was wonderful. Also breakfast was wonderful! I definitely would come back again.

Really nice pool area and amazing breakfast! We did not receive the promised VIP amenity or upgrade and the staff in the reception didn't know what we were talking about. We were told we could only get VIP amenity when we book directly through hotel.
