Room was clean with comfortable bed . Location great in centre of Lille - short walk to stations and shops but room was very quiet.
We appreciated the fan in the room as very hot and also late check out at midday was great! Would definitely stay again. Great value for money 😊

Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice boutique type hotel - really nice theme running through hotel. Lovely old fashioned stair case with decorated themed landing on eac floor. Spacious, comfortable rooms with big bathroom including a bath. Comfortable beds.
Breakfast very good. I felt very comfortable there. The location also perfect. Would definitely like to come back and stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Really lovely decor and furnishings. Hot water temporarily not working in my room and so I was immediately given a key to another room to shower. It is a small and very quiet hotel with a bed that was very comfortable for me so I slept very well. Thankfully for those like myself that can't carry suitcases up stairs there is a lift. Breakfast is served promptly in a a beautifully decorated room with art books to peruse if you choose. The only minor point is that I would have liked maybe just one hot item but the meat and cheese were of a good quality. The hotel is right in the centre a five minutes walk from Gare Flandres and only 10 from Gare Europe. I would return again.
