Excellent lavish breakfast and beautiful rooms!

I liked everything about the property.

This hotel was in a great location for my work event and also an easy 20min walk to the touristy things eg Grand Place, Mannequin Pis etc. My room 605 was huge and the hotel had considered my request of being on a higher floor on the quiet side of the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The little gaufre snack on offer at the front desk in the afternoon is a nice touch. The gym is fabulous, the sauna even better. So good to have a quality coffee maker, kettle and fridge available in the room. The cleaning team do a great job.

The room is very clean and comfortable

I travel 2 adults and 2 kids, they don’t offer the extra bed sheets and pillows for the sofa bed and I have to ask/wait the housekeeping after long day when we’re very tired and we just need to sleep.

There were too many flies on one corner of the breakfast. When asked staff replied that it’s due to fruit. However he then changed the trays with flies
