Building is unassuming from the outside but on the inside is very large and quite pretty. Our room was clean and the staff were very attentive and kind. Tons of food options in the area and very close to the main train station.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly, however they did argue with me over paying city tax with card and not in cash.

Great quality to price ratio. Room was clean and well organized. Nothing special, non decorated, but ok for a work travel or if you search a cheap accomodation.

The small add-on elevator has glass walls. Terrible idea for people with a fear of heights and does not go to top floor. Rugs on stairs ripped. Staff was friendly. No variety day-to-day with the breakfast. Hotel is kept very clean. Neighborhood is a bit run down. The Charlottenburg train station is right across the street. Great shopping area a block away. I would avoid this hotel for another visit.
