Marina Rio is in a great location right by the marina and a short walk to “old town Lagos”. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short uber ride. There is a parking lot right beside the hotel which is also very reasonably priced, 5 euros/day. There is also a rooftop pool, which is great, if you just feel like taking a bit of time to relax and unwind. Check in was a breeze and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Nice rooms, clean, amazing location, but the faucets in washroom aren’t good low water pressure and the pool was closed.
But I’d definitely come back to the hotel.

Marina rio is in a great location in Lagos across from the marina. It is quiet and well maintained. The hotel is across from marina where you are only 10 minutes walk to the old district. Close to many restrauants and any water tour you decide to take. It is clean in the area and very safe. We have been travelling in Italy, Spain and Portugal, Lagos is our favorite so far. Would recommend a stay there.
