Majestic

Great place, grrat staff, will definetly stay again.

Excellent staff especially the reception staff. Very friendly and with high level of helping mentality.

Very accessible to the grotto and restaurants.

I was given upstairs floor but i said i hate lifts then lady staff offered me the downstairs room which didn't lik it was room2. iI had a bed smell coming from the bathroom very bad odours smell. and also on the outside window seal lots of smoked cigarettes I tried to open the window was disgusting they need to do something. I liked the hospitality the staff were very pleasant I was going to the dining anytime no restrictions. Staff are very polite and respect
