8 / 10Doskonały·lis 2025
Luxury resort with a few rough edges.
Cons - No hot water two days running, curtain was broken, toilet running and making awful screeching noises in the middle of the night when the tank filled. Inadequate outlets by bedside for charging.
Pros - Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, amazing breakfast buffet.

So the property that we booked for was closed because it was destroyed due to a hurricane in 2023. We were taken to its sister property not far from this property and the Mayan Palace was really awesome. Rooms were overall great and mostly everything was working. The TV and the tub were the only things I had issues with. Staff was great, easy to get a taxi, there is no uber in the area. The amenities were awesome, like the pool, lazy river and gym. The dining we mid.

Total confusion with the hotel name
They actually changed the hotel name
It took me more than 1 hour with the cab to find the location
