The location of the Giacomo is just perfect for walking to everything! The free secure parking is a great perk. We enjoyed the nice breakfast and very cool bar/lounge on site as well. All of the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to the few issues we did have.

We were very satisfied during our first stay. The room was very spacious and had a great view of the falls night sky line. Room was super comfortable for sleeping. Staff made their guests a priority. Breakfast was tasty and enjoyable. Two suggestions would be coffee availability by 6 am, for early risers and breakfast by 7 am. Over all, we were very happy we chose these accommodations and both recommend a stay and hope to return in the future.

The hotel was historic so the hotel itself was cool. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view from the top lobby was really cool to watch the Niagara Falls fireworks at night. Definitely would stay again.
