Friendly inviting staff. Good breakfast, great location to Piazzal Roma and the train station.

Fabulous hotel! It’s a very convenient 5 minute walk from the main square and easy to find. Lots of steps so not suitable for everyone but we loved it. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast good although you have to book a slot as there are only about 5 tables. My only criticism was there was no bar to speak of. You could request a drink from reception but the choice was very limited. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

Delightful hotel close to Piazzale Roma. I only stayed one night but was very impressed with the entrance way and the overall ambiance. The room decor was classic and the bathroom featured appealing blue tiles. The breakfast area was small, but wasn't crowded, and the offerings and staff were on point. I chose the hotel because I had a noon flight back to the US from Venice after a week in Croatia/Slovenia, intending to use the ATVO express bus and it worked perfectly. Honestly was just looking for a decent place to stay, mimimizing walking distance with luggage, and the Palazzo Ordoni greatly exceeded expectations. Coupled with great afternoon weather, I got the classic Venetian experience on what was originally intended to be a logistical stop on the way home.
