Holiday Inn Club Vacations The Royal Haciendas by IHG - All inclusive

We really enjoyed the shows and activities they hosted.

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation at Royal Haciendas Resort and had an absolutely fantastic time! From the moment we arrived, the warm and attentive staff made us feel truly welcome. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was consistently good with plenty of variety to keep everyone happy — my wife and I especially enjoyed the fresh options, and the kids loved having so many choices. Speaking of the kids, they had a blast! The resort’s amazing pools were the highlight of our trip — clean, beautifully maintained, and perfect for hours of family fun and relaxation. The only downside was the significant sargassum seaweed on the beach during our stay, which made ocean access less enjoyable. However, the incredible pools more than made up for it, and we still had a memorable beachside experience overall. We would highly recommend Royal Haciendas Resort for families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway. Thank you to the entire team for creating such special memories for us! We hope to return soon

Staff was amazing, super clean, beach isn’t great but they are working on it

The resort does not have a beach. The seaweed has completely taken over. You will have to take an excursion to see the Cancun beach. Do not do the time share meeting. The staff treats you differently after you deny the time share. Just pay full price for the excursions. The discount doesn't end up bring worth the time and pressure.
