Arrived at the hotel late just before Andrew the concierge left for the evening. Andrew was very welcoming and friendly. Wish we’d had more time in innsbruck - a lovely town. Beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony and hearing the church bells in the morning was wonderful. A good nights sleep on comfy beds and we opted for the fab breakfast downstairs. Perfect.

Big rooms, close to everything. Staff ok. Not the friendliest but ok

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice.
1) They did not always make up the rooms.
2) They would shut off the AC sometimes from a central control.
