The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet in the morning was also excellent.
The hotel itself is a bit secluded which I enjoyed, and the closest town, Selfoss, is about 15-20min drive so be mindful of that if you prefer to be somewhere that’s walkable to Selfoss. Overall it’s a great location. Very scenic and easy access to the Golden Circle and South Coast, and just 1-hour outside of Reykjavik if you want to visit the city.

Favorite hotel on our trip. Super clean and nice after landing in Iceland. Wonderful breakfast and helpful staff.

A very nice stay in a hotel ideally located to appreciate the Northern Lights (if the weather cooperates). The rooms are nicely appointed and clean, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was very good. We were able to enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a very long day of sightseeing - a much appreciated amenity.
