Kefalonia Bay Palace by GHH

The hotel is clean and in a quiet place with outstanding views over the bay. The staff iare lovely and welcoming , who were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved this hotel so much we stayed for a second night in a pool villa which I would definitely recommend doing. We come back to this hotel in a heartbeat and would recommend it to others.

For this price range you would be crazy not to stay here. Apostolia and her team provide an exceptional level of service and the little unexpected touches made our stay unforgettable.

Upon arrival we were greeted with perfect service. Had a late check in and the night shift staff were very helpful and informative. Our room was a separate unit on top of the hill with the most amazing view. The property and area just gives you ultimate peace.. the view and the sunrise just gives the perfect start to your day.. Pool was excellent (missing many tiny tiles though) But the service, sun-beds and sunshine were just top notch . The main lady (think she was manager) was very sweet and helpful , gave us everything we needed . This hotel is the last one on the road, very secluded and peaceful.. i would return again.
