the room is exactly as pictured, we even had a bathtub instead of the shower. it was clean, had soap and (near empty) showergel in the bathroom. was well connected with several busses and with a security guard i felt safe inside. no grocery store close, but you can buy drinks and snacks at the reception which was convenient.
receptionists never ever answered messages from booking or their own website! as a receptionist myself i know for a fact that they were ignoring it, cause its hard to miss the blinking red sign. asked for a charger cause i forgot mine and was told that the sockets had a usb-c connector inside. in the superior room it apparently doesnt have that...

Clean, tidy, quite trendy, modern.
Competitive pricing.
Well mannered friendly staff.
Entrance to hotel area is through a security barrier with security personnel manned.
Security necessary as there was a holding centre for refugees within the same grounds.
Although I didn't feel threatened or worried in any way, many would be put off from using the hotel.
