Liked bar, great location

Great location, but unfortunately understaffed. The staff were run off their feet and extremely helpful though not enough of them to keep the place running. Decent room and facilities. Rhys at breakfast was efficient and professional trying to hold a sinking ship together.

A very well managed and conveniently located hotel, just on the edge of the heart of Liverpool's city center. An easy walk to the docks and other points of interest. Very friendly and helpful staff.

An excellent location only a short walk to the dock area and the city centre.
Breakfast was very good and freshly prepared.Did not have dinner in the hotel as plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk.
