The hotel was in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. I would stay again.

The room was very clean, the staff was very nice and the breakfast excellent. It is located very close to Termini train station and Termini and Republica Metro stations. Where they fell short was the beds and pillows which were very hard, the television didn't work, not all aspects of the shower were working and the directions unclear and the housekeeping staff did not replace the tea and coffee in the room or change the used cups. That and the view from our window was air conditioning units.
