Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from the property, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the mountains that made the stay even more special. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we’d happily stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and the property was gorgeous. For families who may not be familiar with this style of hotel, be aware that bathing facilities are either in a public onsen or you can rent a private onsen for 45 minutes.

Beautiful ryokan just steps away from some of the most iconic Nikko destinations. We stayed there for 2 days and were able to walk to everything. The ryokan is spotless, restful, and the dinners and breakfasts were marvelous.

Exceptionally clean hotel. Extremely pleasant, polite and professional staff. Extremely beautiful ryokan. Very close to unesco heritage. Breakfast was amazing.
