Location and scenery

Nothing.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The room was not properly cleaned, and even though we specifically asked for housekeeping, the room was still not cleaned. We stayed for four days and the bed linen was not changed once during our stay. The hotel itself is quite old and seems to have undergone very little renovation. The breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. What was particularly frustrating was that we paid extra for a room with a lake view, but instead we were given a room overlooking a concrete terrace. Overall, the experience was disappointing and definitely not what we expected considering what we paid for.
