Great location, clean, helpful staff. My only complaint iwas the free breakfast. They ran out of all of the hot food, and there was a long wait, and a long line. We finally gave up and had breakfast somewhere else.

All of the staff was amazing! Even after the evacuation they helped us getting into their sister hotel nearby. Everyone was very attentive and listened to our concerns about our belongings that stayed back. The only complaint I have is I couldn’t finish eating the breakfast that morning, lol. Also the breakfast attendants were so sweet and always going above and beyond!

Superb location, near by every means of transportation that you might need. If you have little time in NY, this is a perfect fit to make the most of your time.
The complementary breakfast has sufficient variety, really worth it.
The personal was always helpful.
Nice conditioner and shampoos.
Always water with ice and lemon in the lobby, nice touch!
