Namuwoki Lodge

The place is 200 m from Playa Chiquita entrance (cars can only go about 100 m, then it's end road and you have to walk anyway). They have a nice restaurant inside the property with really good food and you can avoid the crowds in town. Excellent place to rest and the staff is super kind.

It was fine, but not a great value. Our party was going to be 3 or 4, so I decided to book a Family Room which has 1 queen bed and 3 twin beds (sleeps 4). Surprisingly, the base occupancy is only 2 guests, so with the extra guest fees our rate for 2 nights went up $100. The extra fees are justified when breakfast is included but in this case it wasn't! We were also disappointed to see there was no refrigerator in the room, despite it being clearly stated in the room description and having seen it in the pictures. Also, I suggest providing umbrellas for guests. Most of the paths leading to the bungalows aren't covered so if it's raining you get soaked. When we were ready to check out we had to wait a while for the rain to subside so our luggage wouldn't get all wet. Finally, there's no wifi signal in the room. So we felt we we're paying a premium amount while receiving the bare minimum.
