Very nice hotel and staff at reception very helpful

The breakfast was very good. A large selection of food that changes daily so it never the same thing. Vegetarian options available as well! The hotel is very close to both a main tram line and a main bus/train station so it’s very easy to get around. The staff are very friendly and always say hello and goodbye when you are coming in or leaving for the day. Umbrellas are provided by the hotel on rainy days so you’re never caught without one. The bathroom is well equipped with shampoo/body wash and conditioner plus the tap water is filtered so you can drink straight from there if you are thirsty!

I would have liked a larger towel available. As someone on the taller side the towels provided were too small for me and barely reached around my body.

1. Excellent location with good transportation links. Public transportation is perfect, and the platform https://pidlitacka.cz/en is very convenient for purchasing tickets! 2. Room (4 beds) was spacious, clean, well-equipped, very comfortable bed, good modern furniture, very comfortable and clean bathroom, additional bonus was the huge hallway at the entrance - if you are traveling with a stroller or a lot of suitcases - this is a great option 3. The daily cleaning was at the best level, changing the towels - without any request - was done every day! 4. The breakfast - was excellent! Fresh, wide selection, various - couldn't get bored because something changed from day to day. The coffee was exceptionally tasty! Usually, in hotels it's pretty average quality. But here it was really very good! The tea collection - as well! 5. The last but not least - very polite, friendly and helpful staff! I want to thank all of you!
