The room was excellent, AC was a rare treat and the snacks and drinks were greatly appreciated. Staff was busy at bag drop off / check in but remained perfectly friendly and helpful. Zero complaints.

Second time was even better than the first. I had a beautiful room with leaves on the roof, had lovely messages from the concierge Peter before arrival who was super helpful and very responsive.
The bed in this room was way more comfortable and I appreciated the treats in the mini bar. It’s be best hotel I’ve stayed in near Kings Cross by far and now my go-to.
I also found a tray with a pot of tea and a lovely hand written note in the morning, it was such a lovely thought and personal touch.
