Wonderful location, so quiet and walking distance to so much and so close to the train and subway station. Be aware that there is no air conditioning but a fan was provided. Would definitely stay again.

Everything is very good, except there's no air conditioner in the middle of summer. I heard it's true for most of London hotels, but still, it's pretty hard to sleep well when there's a heat wave in London. Others than that, everything is great!

The location is great! The staff were kind and accommodating, helpful and friendly.
The place we stayed was in a separate building about 30 steps away. We found a few bugs in the room at various times. The room was too crowded with the addition of a table and 2 stools.

Very roomy rooms for london, and the access is easy 5 mins from Victoria train station and 1 min to coffee shops and bakery...
