Breakfast could be little better as it was same every day we stayed for 5 days.
Parking is AWFUL for full size SUVs or Vans.
Otherwise it's a good hotel.

It's a last minute booking in middle of July for Banff so it was a bit pricey. The room we got was really comfortable and roomy. The bathroom looks newly updated. There were 2 new and big TV screens. The best part was having a private hot tub to enjoy in our patio complete with patio dining table set and lounge seat. It was nice to soak up and relax after a good stroll around the beautiful and picturesque town.
The breakfast was also good.
Other than the old elevator which is already scheduled for update soon, the place is a great choice to stay while in Banff.

The breakfast was decent, although a bit underwhelming for the price. However, what I really want to praise them for is finding the coat I left in the closet and shipping it back to my home in BC.
