The staff is really really kind and the view amazing
The bathrooms had a bit of a smell and I’ve been bitten 5x in one night by different mosquitoes or bedbugs.

We were kindly upgraded to a suite on arrival.
The view over the bay was beautiful, gorgeous sunrise. Pool was refreshing and common areas kept very clean.
Good choice at breakfast with very kind and helpful staff.
The room, although very comfortable, was a little tired and in need of updating.
Parking on site is €25 a night, which is a bit steep as it is quite a remote location.

The hotel was beautiful, the views, the breakfast offer was amazing.
The size of the twin beds were very narrow and also the parking wasn’t free. The path to our room was very high in the cliff and it was lacking lights.

the entire premises need refurbishment. The rooms and the furniture are old, the central restaurant, the pool area. Near the pool two sections of lawn were fenced of because of absence of lawn and regrowth. This should be completed off-season, if gives a shabby view. Very small beachfront towards the Costa Smeralda Coast. It resembles a two star accomodation by internaional standards.
