Have stayed here multiple times over many years. As usual, the service from team members was professional, friendly, and on point.
Raven, Lea and Angel (and others whose names I do not recall) were awesome. The guards are excellent and super helpful as well. The lobby bar is renovated and quite comfortable. The room we got was fantastic.

I like the fact that the room had a microwave and a kettle for brewing hot water to make tea. This has been harder to find over the past decade. Overall a comfortable place. I do wish that maintenance would pay more attention to loose items like the toilet seat, which would slide to one side when you sit on it because it isn't secure.

Water for the shower was warm at best. Elevators were a bit wonky, as if they didn’t communicate with each other. There were only two, and a service elevator for a 20 story building. The add-on breakfast was pretty good. You could order a breakfast meal and they also had unlimited soups, toast and fruits. Overall not a bad experience. The staff were great!

I loved how large the two bedroom suite was. Plenty of room for several people with two restrooms (one is en suite and the other just outside). Two balconies as well. Bed is a little hard but I slept well. Staff are incredibly nice and will help you when you need to book a grab transport service. I will be returning in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
